So, I almost died in yoga this morning.

I find it ironic that I went Saturday morning after 2 margaritas and a glass of wine and felt strong and fabulous, and today, following an early bedtime and an evening mug of tea, I sweat more than I possibly ever have in my life.  Where is the [...]

It’s 9 AM, and I have already done the following:

packed my suitcase, including clothes and seder leftovers
prepared and packed food for the day
showered and made myself presentable
ridden the train to the city
cabbed it to my apartment
unloaded the dishwasher
unpacked my suitcase

And now I am blogging, all before a full day of work.  I am simultaneously [...]
