Last night, I enjoyed a return visit to Bonobo’s Vegetarian, a raw and vegan café, where I met up with the lovely Sofia. Bonobo’s is a small, but bright spot pleasantly situated across from Madison Square Park. Its white walls and wooden tables keep the atmosphere crisp and light – appropriate for its raw cuisine.
