wow what a great concept!! procrastination for peace of mind-- love it!!!

i can totally relate to feeling rushed and like certain things have to happen at a certain time. if im not at the gym at EXACTLY 5:30 (when it opens) then i'll be late for work! sometimes its frustrating to feel so much pressure-- although it has pushed me a lot because i think i used to be really lazy. but i love the notion that procrastination is sort of a necessity for peace of mind.

procrastination is my middle name. currently i am supposed to be working on my grad school application. yep, here i am. i fully support your distractedness - it's good for the soul every once in awhile. let's reconnect soon once we both stop procrastinating and get our stuff done. then we can laugh and be silly over cocktails/ wine. yes?

I completely agree with this aspect of "procrastination"! We all need those 10 minutes, heck even a whole hour somedays, and that's okay. I just remind myself that everything will still be waiting for me when I get back to reality :)

I definitely procrastinate. WAY too much. Some ways? Reading nytimes.com, facebook, blogs lol And my friend's personal favorite - lately I've been doing my friend's homework to avoid my own work. Semi-productive I guess? LOL

Love this series of posts though, really makes you stop and think!

This is so true. Sometimes, nothing feels better than a little procrastination... With the work load you have on your shoulders, you most definitely deserve some time to just be.

I love the '...just allow yourself to be imperfect.'
It has so many angles and ways to be approached... definitely something to think about when I feel like my head is going to explode.
Thanks!

I LOVE this post. I love how you mentioned "me time" because I have found that that is SO so important to having a happy life. I also love how you said allowing yourself to be imperfect is part of balance. So insightful... I love it! Hope you have a great weekend :)
