I plan on making the sweet potato casserole this year, and while I usually make Cook’s Illustrated’s very rich version, I’m thinking I’ll give Angela’s a try this year! The raw stuffing looks delicious, I hope to try it at next year’s Thanksgiving. Course it could never replace my mom’s classic roasted chestnut stuffing!
