Looks great :D I rarely follow recipes when I cook, but my cooking is VERY basic. Today's creation was tofu marinaded in Annie's Woodstock dressing, lol.

i love just throwing together a dish in the moment, it always comes out so delicious! :) and cashews in stir fries are my favorite, i love brown rice or any grain + loads of raw cashews and veggies + indian spices, thats like my go to easy yummy meal, we have like the same taste buds ;) hehe...
well the last dish i threw together without a recipe was my pasta last night, so good, i just took some raw tofu and blended it with pumpkin plain hemp milk and spices and bleneded till creamy and tossed it over organic bow tie pasta with some diced zucchini and some kabocha and steamed kale + added some pumpkin seeds for crunch and extra yummyness :)

love you Leslie, and loved the guest post, you are amazing.
xx

You just can't go wrong adding Indian spices to veggies -- they instantly perk up the entire dish. :D
