Just a quick note to invite you all to check out my guest post on my dear friend Danielle’s blog, Around the World in 340 Days. I’ve done a bit of reminiscing about my favorite place in the world. Only nine months until I return…not that I’m counting.
Also, I successfully remedied my tasteless unseasonal vegetables into something amazing:
Just copious vegetables and cashews thrown in the pan with olive oil and Indian-inspired spices. Mmm.
Who needs recipes? Spur of the moment creativity is far more fun.
Enjoy your Saturday; I’ll be back with a real post tomorrow.
And ps: don’t forget to enter the giveaway!
What was the last dish you created without a recipe? I can always use more inspiration!

I rarely follow recipes when I cook, but my cooking is VERY basic. Today’s creation was tofu marinaded in Annie’s Woodstock dressing, lol.
