		<description>I go through yoga phases.  Some times I do yoga steadily and routinely and I LOVE when I am in those habits.  But then I get out of the routine and when I try to do occasional yoga, my mind just isn&#039;t in it.  I think I have to train and build up strength to &quot;be present&quot;.

		<description>I do practice yoga...but it is sad because sometimes I get all gung-ho about yoga and practice everyday and then I get busy and don&#039;t practice for 6 months (but still work out). I love yoga though. There is nothing else that really centers me and makes me feel as strong (and sometimes weak) as yoga does.</description>

		<description>I love yoga. I just started practicing, and I can really tell a difference with my running. It helps a lot to lengthen and flex the muscles that carry you on your long runs.

Sorry you can&#039;t run right now...but yoga is the best alternative!</description>
